Synopsys: nanoribbon_fast_ohmic(n,L)
nanoribbon_fast_ohmic is the improved version of the nanoribbon class in terms of computational efficiency. In particular, with respect to the nanoribbon class, the nanoribbon_fast_ohmic class is at least 15 times faster, especially when considering large GNR (n>10). Such class however can only deal with ohmic contacts and not Schottky contacts as the nanoribbon class.
Usage and synopsys are the same as for the nanoribbon class (except for the contact field which is not present).
